Yes, she's real. She posts multiple times a day on insta, so she was constantly popping up on my feed. However, instead of hating her (toned) guts, she was a huge inspiration to me. Besides her amazing body, what really got me paying attention to these guides were the before and after pictures she posts of her clients. They all have pretty unbelievable results! The girls in these pictures were not, by any means, "fat" before. Nor are they "too skinny" now. They are FIT and TONED. Kayla emphasizes these ideas. There is a huge difference between being skinny and being fit and healthy.

But basically it has been described as a "literally kickass" 12-week program, focused on fat-burining resistance and cardio training. Today was Day 1, and my ass has been pretty kicked already!
